Living room: Its surface of 500sq ft, and
23 ft heigh ceiling make this an amazing area. Instead
of the usual dorky small TV there is a beamer at your disposal,
providing for a stunning tv-experience thanks to the enormous
white walls. The room is equipped with satellite TV showing
Brazilian and English speaking movie channels (15, HBO, Warner, Sony...) as well
as all the normal channels,
with great surround sound.
Watching movies in this huge living room is like being in a movie theatre. DVD player and DVDs available
as well as a stereo cd player. The entire living room is furnished with
first rate Brazilian design furniture. Dining room table seats 10 guests.
Kitchen: fully equipped with all the essentials and more: stove, oven,
micro-wave, coffee-machine, toaster and watercooler. Fridge will be filled
with all basic necessities (for breakfast), and will be refilled weekly. Bar is
also filled with some alcoholic drinks, such as rum, Cachaca (Brazil’s most
famous alcohol, used in cocktails such as Caipirinha), Vodka, whiskey.
And what's more: It will
be refilled every week of stay.

Room 5: with 2 separate beds, both beds have an extra bed that you
can slide out. This is a perfect room for the kids. And air-conditioning

Maid: cleans the house every day and treats you to a lovely breakfast every
morning. She also takes care of any laundry you might have.
Gardener/concierge: makes sure the garden, swimming pool and all other
technical equipment is functioning perfectly.
They both live together in a small house on the property.
Security: Around the clock security 24/7 by a specialized security
sompany.
